Minimum Requirements
Hardware
- Windows-based computer
- Broadband Internet connection (DSL or Cable Modem)
- P4 2.4 GHz Processor or higher
- 1 GB RAM
- 1024 x 768 resolution video
Software
- Windows XP SP2 and the most recent security updates
- Internet Explorer 6.0
- Current antivirus software
- User rights to download and install applets
Known Issues
- Active X controls must be enabled or accepted in Internet Explorer.
- Popup blockers for IE7 and 3rd party applications must be disabled.
- Some security applications may interfere with system changes made by the Citrix application.

Norman online connection is a web based product using Citrix Presentation Server which may be used on a wide range of platforms and network environments. There are many variables that can affect how this product works in your computing environment. The Health Information Technology (HIT) department will assist with the configuration and interoperability of systems supported by the health system. NRHS makes no guaranties regarding the availability or compatibility of this system to end systems.
