Charge Nurse Training and Leadership Development
Charge Nurses play a huge role in how effectively a unit functions. They are leaders, coaches, preceptors, problem, solvers, and much more. Staff rely on the charge nurse to be a solid resource. These classes are designed to strengthen the charge nurse's ability to meet whatever challenge comes their way. Each session is designed to be taken as a whole unit. Day 1 will cover such things as Communication Skills, Role Transition. Day 2 will hit HR topics, including Interviewing, Substance Abuse and FMLA. Day 3 will address Perfomance Management, Generations and Managing Transitions.
