Bullying is definded as repeated, health harming mistreatment of one or more persons and can come in the form of verbal abuse, offensive conduct/behaviors and or work interference or sabotage. This course is designed to help you understand and deal with bullying and its perpetrators and to counter the culture of bullying in the work environment.
