Recent events and changes in reporting structure, work locations, and even peer groups, can result In a sense of disorientation for those involved. “Things” are different, and working through the transition process that always accompanies significant change, can be daunting. This program has been developed to help individuals manage the transitions that are created by the changes they are facing in their organizations. It is intended to help people understand the process they are going through and to develop action plans that will enable them to enhance their ability to successfully grow through these times of rapid and significant change. The model presented can also be applied to personal changes not related to the organization. If you would like some assistance with walking through the transition process, this workshop can help.
