It is clear that this is a time full of changes in strategy, technology, policies and procedures. Planning for how these changes will affect people and what people will have to do to make them work is essential to effective leadership. This workshop provides a framework and tools in transition management. It is designed to help leaders deal successfully with organizational change and the staff responsible for implementing those changes.
