QuitSmart is a four session program that addresses all forms of tobacco dependency. QuitSmart can help you to quit smoking or using tobacco, snuff or dip. The QuitSmart philosophy is that successful quitting depends more on skills and a firm decision to quit than will power. You can learn the skills to keep you tobacco free for life.
