QuitSmart Tobacco Cessation Class

QuitSmart is a four session program that addresses all forms of tobacco dependency. QuitSmart can help you to quit smoking or using tobacco, snuff or dip. The QuitSmart philosophy is that successful quitting depends more on skills and a firm decision to quit than will power. You can learn the skills to keep you tobacco free for life.

Session #1 "Preparing to Quit"
Session #2 "Quit Date"
Session #3 "Maintenance"
Session #4 "Planning Ahead"

Instructors:

Jerry Deming, RN, MPH, CTTS, CHWC - Health Promotion Specialist

Audience:

Tobacco users of all forms of tobacco, including cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products.

Dates, Times & Location:

Four sessions to each class. Sessions are held from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Porter Campus.

Free for NRHS staff, spouses, and dependents
