Four-week course, with topics including: signs of premature labor, stages of labor, coping tools, breathing and relaxation, a birth film, a labor and delivery room tour, and medications. New classes begin each month and are offered on various nights of the week.
EARLY REGISTRATION for this course is important. It is advisable to begin the class series around the 28th week of pregnancy.
