Prepared Childbirth Weekend Class (Norman)

A one-day course, with topics including:
Signs of premature labor, stages of labor, coping tools, breathing and relaxation, a birth film, a labor and delivery room tour, and medication discussion.
EARLY REGISTRATION for this course is important. It is advisable to begin the class series around the 28th week of pregnancy.

$75 (part of overall childbirth education series).
Additional Information:
Classes are limited to 30 in attendance (15 moms) Bring 2-pillows, support person, and dress comfortably.
Support partners should attend every class with mom-to-be No refresher people in weekend classes please.
