Outpatient Services Next Steps
Today, more and more procedures are performed on an outpatient basis. Making these services as easily accessible as possible is an important part of our care at Norman Regional’s Outpatient Services. Registration, pre-admission, pre-surgical assessments, diagnostic testing, surgery and patient education are all centrally located, providing one continuous flow of care for our patients’ convenience.
Norman Regional’s Outpatient Services provide the community with convenient, easily accessed healthcare. Registration, pre-admission, (hyperlink) pre-surgical assessments, diagnostic testing, surgery and patient education are all centrally located on street level at Norman Regional Hospital's Northeast Entry for maximum convenience and easy accessibility. Same Day Surgery Services
Located on the lower level of Outpatient Services, the 20-bed Unit provides a variety of surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures, including same-day surgery. Improved minimally invasive techniques also allows some surgeries that were previously done on an inpatient basis now to be safely performed on an outpatient basis.
