Fruit Pizza:

  •     1 refrigerated reduced-fat sugar cookie dough
  •     3 oz fat-free cream cheese
  •     Fruit of choice, cut up (such as kiwi, strawberries, bananas and berries)

Follow directions on cookie dough, cook and cool for 15-20 minutes. Spread with cream cheese and decorate with fruit. Chill before slicing.

May use ½ lemon curd and ½ cream cheese to add a zesty twist! For a festive holiday treat, consider topping cream cheese with strawberries or red berries mixed with blueberries and enjoy!
