Norman Regional Health System is proud to offer patients an easy, time-saving way to pay their bills. Bills can now be paid online 24 hours a day, seven days a week with a credit card.
Any patient wanting to make a credit card payment using a Health Savings Account should call (405) 307-1300.

Q. How do I pay my hospital bill?
Q. Who is responsible for paying my hospital bill?
A. Unless you specify otherwise, Norman Regional will bill your insurance company or Medicare/Medicaid directly. If a balance remains after your insurance has issued either a payment or a denial, you are responsible for the payment. You will receive a statement to inform you of any payment. Q. What is a deductible?
A. A deductible is the dollar amount you pay towards health costs before your insurance provider begins reimbursement. A deductible is often a set amount such as $500 or $1,000.
Q. What is a co-payment?
A. A co-payment is a percentage, or a set dollar amount, of your health care expenses not covered by insurance. For example, you may have a $30 co-payment for each doctor’s visit as part of your health insurance. You are responsible for paying the co-payment.
Q. I received additional bills. What are these?
A. In addition to your bill from Norman Regional Health System, you may receive bills from other physicians who may have provided services to you such as a radiologist, an anesthesiologist, etc. Please contact the physician’s office directly for questions or concerns.
Q. My insurance didn’t pay! Why is that?
A. Contact your insurance provider for this information.
