QuitSmart is a four session program that addresses all forms of tobacco dependency. QuitSmart can help you to quit smoking or using tobacco, snuff or dip. The QuitSmart philosophy is that successful quitting depends more on skills and a firm decision to quit than will power. You can learn the skills to keep you tobacco free for life.

Tobacco users of all forms of tobacco, including cigarettes and smokeless tobacco products.
Classes are offered four times per year. The four session class is held from 6:00 - 7:30 pm at Porter Campus.
January: 5, 19, 21, 26
April: 5, 19, 21, 26
August: 2, 16, 18, 23
October: 4, 18, 20, 25
Couples, families, businesses or individuals may call 307-3175 to schedule the QuitSmart program, if unable to attend any of the classes scheduled on the dates above. Only a limited amount of class time is available. Call early to reserve a time that works for you.
