4 Minute Spicy Garlic Shrimp Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 lb jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined, tails intact
(~22-30 shrimp) - 1/2 Tbsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp pepper
- 1 lemon, zested & juiced
- 2 Tbsp chopped parsley leaves
Directions
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes and shrimp. Season with salt and pepper and cook shrimp 3 minutes or until just pink. Toss with lemon zest, juice and parsley. Remove shrimp to a serving platter leaving garlic cloves in the pan. A perfect topping to any salad!
