Tabitha in the lab department was able to quickly get blood from me. I have a history of passing out during labs or shots and she did such a great job keeping me calm and getting my vein the first time without probing me. So appreciated her professional demeanor.

On July 7th I had a knee replacement surgery. A big shout out to your team on the 3rd floor. I cannot say enough good things about my 2 day stay. I wish I would have got all their names I would list them here, I would put that team up against any in the state. They would blow anyone away!!!!!

I went into the ER today and just wanted share my gratitude. From the lady at the front desk to the several nurses who took care of me today, everyone I encountered was so kind and informative during my scary experience. I had a blood draw at the Moore location. The tech, named Szoney was extraordinary. He was so smooth with his technique and professional in his demeanor, that it is difficult to find sufficient superlatives. I have had literally dozens of blood draws over the last five years and rarely has anyone been as expert in their technique as this man. I told him I would give him 5 stars. I would recommend him without a moment's hesitation.

I had never been more scared in my life, but the nurses were amazing. I stayed for about a week while waiting for test results. The results suggested I had Addison's disease and I made the mistake of Googling it. My symptoms matched up perfectly and there was no doubt in my mind that it was the cause of my symptoms. I had a panic attack in my hospital room after that. I had never felt more alone and scared in my life. One of the nurses came to my room, coached my breathing to slow my heart rate, and helped me realize I was going to be okay. She asked if I wanted her to visit the next day. I thought she was joking but the next day she came in to visit me with her daughter. I couldn't believe she would use her time off to see me when she didn't even have to.

It was the worst of times with everything upside down in our world with Coronavirus! Seeing a new doctor with social distancing going on was not only weird it was very concerning. Not sure how this was gonna work I really had my doubts but 10 minutes into the visit and Dr. Megan Hanner had us laughing and telling stories on past health history which landed us here in the first place. My husband and I feel very confident and comfortable with her. In fact I have even done a virtual visit, she was amazingly patient with me through all of my questions. I recommend her and her staff.

This is the crew from Air Evac 130 in Ardmore, Ok. We had an OB patient on board, on our way to Mercy OKC. This patient’s labor began to increase, and we made the decision to divert to the closest facility. Norman Healthplex was that facility. We already love coming to this facility, and were confident this patient and her newborn would receive the best care possible. We were met at the helipad by the ER team. They were very helpful unloading, and met us with the warm blankets we requested for the patient. The L & D department was prepared, and received the patient professionally. A big thank you to Dr. Graham for her quick response in caring for this patient. We also want to recognize Marcus, the ER tech. He was so incredibly helpful, and a joy to work with in the short time we interacted with him. Please give both departments, and Marcus especially, a big thank you from all of us. We go to a lot of hospitals between Oklahoma City and Dallas, and it is always a pleasure coming to Norman Healthplex.

I took my father there and I just wanted to give kudos to the staff there. They greeted us right away and after a small wait because they were pretty busy we were led to the patient area. While in the patient room everyone of the staff were extremely nice, courteous and did all the treatment in a timely manor. Each one asked me and my mother who stayed with my dad in the room if "we" needed anything which was a very pleasant surprise. My experience there was 100% positive and if anyone asks me where to go for care, its definitely going to be at the 3300 HealthPlex Parkway in Norman!!

I had a plate put in my neck back in the mid nineties and it needed to be replaced. Dr. Eichert performed two surgeries, one on the front of my neck and one on the back a few days later. His care was excellent as was all the many other doctors, nurses and staff that cared for me. If you have need for a neurological surgeon, he is the best.
