Lisa Milhan, OTR/L, CHT, is a certified hand therapist at Norman Regional's Physical Performance Center. She is trained in hand therapy, orthopedics, and adult neurological rehabilitation and has more than 21 years of experience.

"I believe in treating the whole person - mind, body and spirit," Lisa said. "Occupational therapy looks at what the individual needs and wants to accomplish to continue with a quality of life that is individual to them. Most things we do throughout our day involve the use of our hands, so occupational therapy and hand therapy compliment each other well."
Lisa said her patients can expect one-on-one care from a licensed specialist who takes the time to understand your individual needs and works with you to achieve your goals.
Lisa is an avid gardener and runner, and loves all water sports - wet and frozen. She also enjoys crafts. She loves to crochet and cross-stitch.
