Marlee Robinson, APRN-CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner. Marlee graduated from Graceland University, and said she’s known she wanted to be a nurse practitioner since she was 16. Marlee was drawn to nursing, but after researching what nurse practitioners did and how they were able to go beyond what a registered nurse was able to do, she knew that’s what she wanted to do. When she shadowed a nurse practitioner in college, it certified what she was already feeling.
“The compassion and dedication she showed to her patients was something I wanted to be able to provide in the future,” she said.
Marlee said patients can expect her to be someone they can trust, that won’t judge them and that truly care about them.
“I want to get to know them, listen to them, and see what I can do to help enhance their lives in a healthier and holistic way – caring about them mentally and physically to make a difference,” Marlee said.
Marlee has a special interest in:
- Wellness and disease prevention
- Acute illness
- Hormone replacement
- Hypertension
- Asthma
- High cholesterol
- Minor skin procedures such as toenail removal, biopsies, and laceration repair
Aside from medicine, Marlee enjoys reading nonfiction, kayaking, and just being with family and friends. She loves working out and is a pure barre fan, and she also looks forward to being able to travel again. “Hopefully soon,” she said.
Marlee sees patients at Primary Care – Moore, located inside Norman Regional Moore at 700 S. Telephone Rd. Call 405-912-3120 to schedule an appointment with her.
