Awaad Khan, MD, is an internal medicine hospitalist physician with a passion for healing. A graduate of St. George’s University School of Medicine, Dr. Khan followed up his schooling with a residency at the University of Central Florida.
Dr. Khan says he went into internal medicine because it provides a unique opportunity to manage and treat a variety of diseases and disorders. Providing for hospitalized patients gives him a deeper understanding of complex medical cases, which continually enhances his medical knowledge.
