The entire staff were courteous and kind. I was there 30 minutes to closing. I felt honestly horrible but also bad if I were to keep someone late. All that in mind, I never felt rushed or felt like I was putting the staff out. Even got my Primary appointment set up on top of just going to see if I had the Flu. I was honestly put at ease by the experience with how much I dread going to the doctor. Thank you so much for my experience.

The receptionist needs to go. Easiest job in the world but yet acts like she's working harder than everyone in that office. If you hate your job, get a new job. I think the receptionist should have a friendly and approachable attitude when being the first interaction with the patient. My interaction with her had me on the edge of a panic attack. I am sorry you do not take walk-ins, your site says it does but I don't need a rude dismissal and a "for the future, this won't happen again." Really cons
