As I checked-in, I was asked to pay past due balances from 2 locations that I was never billed for. One was a past due balance from September 2024 from Krupa Matthew's office. I've seen Krupa Matthew several times since then and was never told I owed a balance. I know this isn't a reflection of Krupa's office, but the poor/inefficient efforts of the billing department. This is frustrating and disappointing.

Front desk staff not great

The front staff is very kind when you come in but...... it needs to be addressed on the fact that when you call in the calls always go to voicemail. That never happened at the other office. It is very frustrating!!!
