Patient Portals

Women’s Health Care of Norman is now part of Norman Regional’s Physician Office Network (PON). Patients should log in through the Norman Regional Clinic Patient Portal to access their records, including all Women’s Health Care of Norman medical records.

Norman Regional Health System provides its patients with access to clinic visit information, hospital information (such as test results, procedures, and lab reports), and convenient payment options through our patient portals. The portal you use will depend on the information you want to access. To determine the portal best suited to your needs, please review the descriptions below.


CLINIC PortalNorman Regional CLINIC Portal

The Norman Regional CLINIC portal allows patients to easily connect with their doctor's office and access a range of services, including asking nurse questions, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, updating personal information, and reviewing lab results and statements.

Use the CLINIC Portal if you were seen by a provider at the following locations: Primary Care, Walk-In Clinics, Specialty Clinics, or Lab/Imaging ordered by your primary care provider.

Our CLINIC Portal has an app available for quick and easy mobile access. Visit the CLINIC Portal page for download information.

To get help with accessing the CLINIC portal, patients can contact their physician's office or submit a form.

If you would like to speak to a live person, you can call 405-307-7049 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Please leave a detailed message with the patient's name, date of birth, a description of your issue, and a good callback number.


HOSPITAL Portal

Norman Region HOSPITAL Portal

The Norman Regional HOSPITAL Portal provides an online platform for patients who were treated at the hospital or outpatient service areas to manage their health information.

  • Inpatient hospital admissions and emergency room visits to Norman Regional Porter, Norman Regional Hospital, Norman Regional Moore, and Norman Regional Nine.
  • Tests, diagnostic imaging, and labs at hospital locations, Norman Regional Porter, Norman Regional Hospital, Norman Regional Moore, and Norman Regional Nine.

Patients can access lab results such as blood draws and imaging results, as well as download or print these results to share with their healthcare provider. To enroll in the portal, patients need to provide their hospital medical record number, email address, and legal name. The portal also allows patients to access their personal health records.

ORTHO CENTRAL Portal

ORTHO CENTRAL Portal

The ORTHO CENTRAL portal allows patients to easily connect with their doctor's office and access a range of services, including asking nurse questions, scheduling appointments, refilling prescriptions, updating personal information, paying bills online, and reviewing lab results and statements.

This portal ONLY applies to patients who were seen in an Ortho Central Clinic.


Norman Regional Portal Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Question: Where does my health information come from

Answer: All of the information in the portals come from the electronic health record that Norman Regional has for you. This ensures you have access to the most accurate, up-to-date summary of your information, possible.

Question: Is my information safe?

Answer: Yes. Your patient portal passwords are encrypted and URLs cannot be replaced. A timeout feature protects your information if you leave the portal page open.

Question: What should I do if I have technical problems with the portal?

Answer: You can contact the team associated with each portal for assistance. Our Hospital portal, Clinic portal and Ortho Central portal all have different contacts for assistance.

Question: Where can I find my medical record number?

Answer: Your medical record number, which is needed to create an account for the HOSPITAL portal, can be found on your hospital paperwork or your hospital bracelet.

  • The record number starts with a capital E followed by zeros and more numbers.
  • If you do not have any paperwork or bracelet, email us at myNRHS_info@nrh-ok.com and include your name, date of birth, last four digits of your social security number and the email address you would like us to use to verify your identity.
  • You can also call us at 405-515-6747 with this information and an NRHS patient portal employee will get back to you with your number.

Question: Is the HOSPITAL portal the same as the CLINIC portal?

Answer: No, unfortunately they are separate. However, you can access each one on their respective pages linked below. Ortho Central also has their own portal for their patients.
