Hospital Destination Guides

These quick reference guides will show you the main entrances at Norman Regional Health System locations and what areas of the hospital are located in each section.

Visiting Hours

Visitors are welcome!

  • The Main Entrance and Pavilion Entrance are LOCKED overnight at Norman Regional Hospital. The Main Entrance and Pavilion Entrance are LOCKED from:
    7 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. Monday-Friday
    7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. Saturday
    7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Sunday
  • For 24 hour access, seven days a week at Norman Regional Hospital, use the EMERGENCY entrance.
  • Visitors may be asked to wear a mask the entire time they’re within Norman Regional facilities, per current CDC guidelines.
  • Visitors are not allowed in the room of COVID-positive patients (some exceptions will be made).

Thank you for following these guidelines and for helping us keep our patients, our healers, and our visitors safe.

Other Guidelines

As lengthy stays can be tiring for a patient, we ask that visits be kept short. You may wish to let the patient know when you will be visiting and for how long so that the patient may prepare for your visit. You may call a patient directly by dialing 307 and the room number.

  • For those bringing gifts into the hospital, Norman Regional does not allow any latex products in patient care areas, such as latex balloons. Visitors should make sure all gift balloons are made of non-latex material such as Mylar.
  • Anyone who is sick or is not feeling well should postpone the visit until another time.
  • Nurses may ask visitors to leave the room when personal care is being given, a procedure is being performed, when a physician is conducting an examination or if the patient needs rest.
  • Additional guidelines may apply to certain areas of the hospital, and will be made available to guests at the specific department.

We have coffee shops serving Starbucks coffee, dining, shopping, Spiritual Care services and more, which are available for you to visit and use.

    • Located on Level G behind the center rotunda. Access Café 46 by taking the tower elevators down to G, or by taking the main open stairway next to the Medical Records front desk, down to G.

    • Available for patients' guests to order in the patient room.

Lactation Pod
  • Mamava Lactation Pod
    • Located on Level 2 in the Pavilion.
    • Available 24/7, offering a private and comfortable space to breastfeed and pump.
Spiritual Care
  • Chapel and Chaplains
    • The Chapel and Spiritual Care office is located on Level 2, directly above the Gift Shop inside the center rotunda.
    • The Chapel is open 24/7 for those seeking a quiet place to reflect.
