As a public trust serving Norman, Oklahoma and the surrounding area, we invest in programs, partnerships, and services designed to improve health, reduce barriers to care, and strengthen the communities we serve.

We prioritize initiatives that address the broad drivers of health, from prevention and education, to access and support. Our community benefit work currently focuses on:

Community Services & Support - Our Year In Review
Our community benefit extends to essential services that touch lives every day. In 2025 alone:
- EMSSTAT responded to 23,204 emergency service calls, supporting rapid care and public safety.
- The Home Run Van provided 1,149 transports for patients between care settings, eliminating a common barrier to follow-up care.
- Through partnerships like Meals on Wheels of Norman and Food & Shelter, we helped deliver more than 60,000 meals to neighbors facing food insecurity.
- Our support helped provide thousands of lab and imaging tests, aiding in critical assessments for those in need.
- Collaboration with the City of Norman’s paratransit services through EMBARK, connected 2,300+ residents with safe, accessible transportation for medical needs.
