Please note the following:

• To place an order over the phone, call Norman Regional Hospital at 405-515-2014.
• Orders must be addressed to the patient as registered in the Norman Regional Health System directory.
• Deliveries are conducted from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays. Deliveries are not available on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.
• Certain restrictions apply for deliveries, such as patients who cannot be located, have been discharged, are in Intensive Care Units or have requested confidentiality.
• Some edible items may not be appropriate for all patients.
• We may substitute or change items as necessary.
