Corporate Wellness Memberships are available to businesses with a minimum of six memberships.
Corporate Membership Pricing
- Enrollment Fee: $50
- Single Membership: $40/month
- Couple Membership: $52/month

Family Membership: $65/month
- Includes up to four household members under age 26
- $10/month for each additional family member beyond four
Memberships can be paid by credit card, bank draft or monthly billing. Six-month usage audits are available so employers can track employee participation and engagement in the program. Immediate family members of employees are also eligible for membership, making this a flexible employee wellness benefit.
