Glen Diaz

About

Glen is a family nurse practitioner who has been with Premiere Pediatrics, working with Drs. Fox and Fields, since 2001. After graduating high school, he joined the United States Army. During his 5 years of service, he was given the opportunity to study Spanish, which he is able to utilize in caring for his patients. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree, with Honors, from the University of South Florida and his Master of Science in Nursing degree, with Honors, from the University of Oklahoma. He is certified by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.

Glen is married to his wife, Kate, and together they enjoy lots of activities with their 5 children and 2 grandchildren. Glen loves watching sports, rooting for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the OU Sooners during football season, and the San Antonio Spurs during basketball season. He enjoys spending time at the lake, working on his lawn, watching movies, keeping up with current events, and spending time with family and friends. Glen and his wife love traveling and always look forward to their next trip. They hope to retire near the beach one day.

Glen sees newborns, after delivery, at Norman Regional Hospital, Integris Health (Baptist/Southwest locations), OU Medical Center and at Lakeside Women’s Hospital. He is currently accepting new patients.
