About Joe D. Voto, MD

Joe Voto, MD, is a board certified anesthesiologist specializing in anesthesia and pain management. Dr. Voto attended the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, where he completed his residency in internal medicine and anesthesiology and served as chief resident in anesthesiology. Throughout his 21 years of experience, he has obtained board certifications in anesthesiology and advanced training in interventional pain management procedures.

Dr. Voto is a physician at Norman Interventional Pain Management and is a member of Norman Anesthesia Providers, the group providing anesthesiology services for Norman Regional Health System. Dr. Voto is the former chief of staff of Norman Regional, and is currently serving as the chief medical officer for the health system. In 2023, Dr. Voto received the Kyle Toal Peer Award, voted on by his physician peers.

Dr. Voto always ensures his patients and their families are informed in their medical decision making, and they are empowered to make sound medical decisions for themselves.

Outside of caring for patients and serving as the chief medical officer for Norman Regional, Dr. Voto enjoys boating, hunting, spending quality time with his wife and three sons, and traveling.
