I know this is an unpopular opinion but, I think the call center is a GREAT thing! I think it was Angela that I spoke to Thursday morning. She listened and got me an appointment within 2 hours. It was amazing and has been each time I have called.

My last 2 appointments were canceled they didn't say why and when this last one was rescheduled they called me twice with 2 different dates and times.I couldn't talk to a person it was a messaging machine but I came anyway only to find out it was the second appointment instead but they saw me as I was sent a preregistration on my phone.
