What happens when you honor a caregiver?

When you make a Grateful Patient gift, the Foundation will notify the caregiver you have chosen and share your message of appreciation with them. Your honoree will also receive special recognition through the Foundation’s Grateful Patient program. Whether it was exceptional clinical care, a comforting conversation, a helping hand, or simply someone who made you feel cared for, we want to help you say thank you.
