How to recover your Norman Regional clinic patient portal password

If you have already set up your clinic patient portal account, but have lost your password there are two ways to regain access:

One Time Log In:

• Visit THIS LINK and follow these steps:
1. Click View your health record
2. Select "Using Mobile Phone" and enter your first and last name along with your date of birth.
3. You will receive a text message with a verification code to be able to access the data. This doesn’t reset the password, but it lets you in (after confirming Date of Birth) to see your portal for one time access.

Reset Your Password

• Visit THIS LINK and follow these steps:
1. Click View your health record
2. Select "User Credentials".
3. Click on the "Trouble logging in?" link.
4. If you have forgotten your username, select "Forgot Username?" Enter your first and last name as well as your date of birth.
5. You will be sent an email that provides you with your username.
6. If you don’t remember your password, you will need to follow the same steps as above but select the "Forgot Password?" link.
7. You will be sent an email. Select the “reset my password” link inside the email and then follow the instructions to reset.

If you’re trying to access hospital portal, follow the instructions below:

If you were treated at one of our hospitals or outpatient service areas, use our Norman Regional Hospital Portal to manage your health online! Patients can use this hospital portal to:

• Easily look up lab results such as blood draws
• View imaging results
• Easily download or print these test results so you may give them to your physician or healthcare provider.

You can access your personal Health Record by completing the self-enrollment form. For completion you must have the following:

• Your hospital Medical Record Number
• Email Address
• Legal Name
