Volunteer Application today! Upon completion of an application, potential volunteers will be
required to complete the following:
Orientation – Each prospective volunteer is required to complete an orientation which
includes viewing videos and completing training online, prior to finalizing
paperwork in our office.
Lab Draw - A one-time screening for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and tuberculosis
is done in the hospital's laboratory at no cost to the volunteer.
Flu Shot – Flu shots are mandatory for all volunteers unless there is a medical or
religious reason a volunteer cannot receive it. In this case, appropriate
documentation must be presented. Flu shots are available at no cost to
the volunteer.
Background Check – A background check will be done on all volunteers prior to receiving placement.
Annual Education – All active volunteers must complete an annual training online.
Uniforms – Uniform tops are provided to volunteers at orientation.
