Norman Regional's Cardiac Rehabilitation Program demonstrates the highest
standards of care and positive outcomes for their patients.
What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?
Cardiac Rehabilitation is an outpatient therapy program that develops a
personalized treatment plan based on patients’ specific health status
and needs. This treatment includes individualized physical activity, nutritional
counseling, stress management, and other health-related care. Our goal
is focused on helping participants achieve their optimal level of heart health.
Our program is a comprehensive four-phase service focused on helping participants
achieve their optimal level of health and wellness after experiencing
a cardiac episode:
"These professionals are awesome! The staff eased my anxiety and really
