Dr. Gautam made me feel like she was paying attention to me and she cared about what happened to me. That's all I got.

I would say that maybe some type of paperwork or information about the visit would be helpful to fall back on after a person has left to help remind them of what happened at the time of the visit and what actions the Dr. Prescribed.
