Medical, Dental and Vision

Healers have three plan options, including a High Deductible Health Plan and access to discounted prescription fulfillment. Healers also have the opportunity to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA), depending on medical plan elections.


Paid Time Off and Leave

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) accrual and unique PTO-bridging opportunity for rehired Healers. Vested PTOs are eligible for the PTO buyback program.

Bereavement leave and Jury Duty leave are both offered to employees.

Continuing Education & Career Advancement

  • Clinical Education: Access to our Accredited Nurse Residency, support in continuing education, training and climbing the professional development ladder for clinicians, and more.
  • Foundation Grants and Scholarships: Opportunities to apply for grants and scholarships semi-annually, funded by the Norman Regional Health Foundation (NRHF). NRHF grants award money to Healers and departments that apply, to go towards Norman Regional projects and initiatives to further patient care. NRHF scholarships are awarded to applicants going back to school to further their education in a healthcare-related field.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $3,000 per year in tuition reimbursement is available to Healers who are pursuing an education in a healthcare-related field.
