Norman Regional is operated by the Norman Regional Hospital Authority, a public trust that serves the public interest as a political subdivision of the City of Norman and the State of Oklahoma. Our system is built on a foundation of compassionate care, innovative treatments and a commitment to advancing health and wellness across our region.
At Norman Regional, we employ over 3,000 Healers and more than 350 credentialed physicians and advanced practice providers who provide expert care across a wide range of specialties. Our team is dedicated to living out our mission each day, ensuring that every patient receives personalized care grounded in compassion and excellence. The Norman Way
We do important, life-saving work at Norman Regional and that work is built upon the health system’s foundation of five core values: Integrity, Communication, Attitude, Results and Engagement. We remember them with the acronym ICARE.
These values shape our culture, which we call The Norman Way! It is how we treat our patients, our visitors and each other. It is the standard, the expectation on how people will be treated at Norman Regional. You can read all about The Norman Way in our Healer handbook.
