Baked Pork Chops Recipe


  • 2 - 3 oz thin cut breakfast pork chops
  • 1/4 c Italian bread crumbs


Heat oven and cast iron skillet to 400 degrees. Place bread crumbs into flat dish and coat pork chops on both sides. Lightly shake excess bread crumbs from pork chops. Spray hot skillet with cooking spray. Place pork chops onto hot skillet and lightly spray vegetable spray on top of pork chops. Place skillet on bottom rack fo oven and bake for 20 minutes, turning the pork chops half way through baking.
