As the title indicates I had an ultrasound at the Norman Regional Healthplex. I dealt with Amber and Britney. Both of these young ladies were very courteous and professional. Especially Britney. A really pleasant experience...Thank you

Everyone was very kind and friendly today. At check in, Ken spoke loud and clear without being patronizing and led me to where I needed to go. Registration was very kind. My ultrasound technologist (Lauren P.) went above and beyond. I had had a bad experience with one of Norman Regional’s cardiologists in the past so she ensured that cardiologist would not be the one to read my results as she was working that day without me even asking that of her. I’ve had an echocardiogram done here before and the last tech did the bare minimum but Lauren was fantastic, clearly very knowledgeable in what she was doing, and kind. Most providers brush me off due to me being so young so it’s always nice when I’m taken seriously.

We have 5 month old twins with RSV and came to Norman Regional after another hospital sent our boys home still sick. We had the best experience from the ER to being admitted into the Women and Children’s unit. One twin was admitted to Dr. Baker and she was amazing! She met all his needs and finally gave him the opportunity to rest and recover! Our nurses the first day (Emily and Maegen) were so helpful and sweet getting us settled and comfortable. Every nurse, tech, OT and respiratory therapist we encountered were amazing! We will definitely be back when the next sickness hits our home! Thank you so much!

I made an appointment to be seen at your Same Day Clinic on Main St due to an injury. I was able to be seen within an hour of making my appointment. Because there were not a lot of patients at that time, I was seen quickly. The point of this contact, however, is my experience with the nurse practitioner, Jim Lynch. He spent at least 20 minutes talking with me about my injury and possible treatment and outcomes. He clearly and helpfully explained exactly how my injury occurred and described in detail how it happened and what to expect. I seldom have had such a thorough and pleasant experience, particularly in a walk-in clinic with a provider with which I have no history. Great job, Jim!

I’m very glad to have Storm as my primary care provider. He watches out for me. I trust him. He discovered my sleep apnea!! I started getting enough sleep after I got a CPAP machine. Also, he’s pretty cool.

My adult daughter was seen in the ER today at the healthplex for vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out, she was treated with empathy, concern and compassion. I am so pleased that we chose to utilize Norman Regional ER for her care. The care my daughter received from NRHS was enhanced by the care she received from Dr. Jones and Trey, RN. Thank you!!!

I just really wanted to take the time to brag about how well your staff and facility took care of my father-in-law. Vernon Garner was there several days until right before his passing. Your staff went above and beyond for a very eccentric group. (I can't apologize enough for one aunt). Your nurses and doctors were exceptional. I currently work in a skilled nursing facility, and I haven't seen compassion and drive like that in a long time. Your front desk staff were amazing, they even checked in on us like we were a part of their family. I spent one night in the waiting room due to the one aunt, your nurses and other staff would come out and check if I needed anything. Your team is simply amazing. I couldn't have asked for better compassion or care. From the bottom of mine and my family's heart. Thank you for all you do!

My first appointment with the clinic. Everyone I met that day was courteous and nice, as well as professional. Dr. Villano was great, he explained everything very well as far as what he was looking for and his plan of care for me.

My first appointment with Lori Mathews was Dec. 15, 2021. On Dec. 1, 2021 my lab work came back with my a1c at 7.0 and after three months of Lori’s caring help and education my a1c is NOW at 5.9 my lowest in over 15 years. Over these three months I‘ve lost over 30 lbs. My insulin went from 36 units per day to 24 units today. Thank you “Lori” ♥️ Lori has gone above and beyond to help me with my Diabetes diet and exercise. Lori is extremely knowledgeable and listens well. Go see her! She is a caring person and very intelligent. I would rate Lori Mathews a (10) if I could.
