Aside from small issue with insurance possibly not paying for my blood work (I have Aetna Sooner Care and they were just dropped or something) everything went very well. Can't remember lady's name, but she referred me to going to DLO to have blood work drawn so I didn't half to pay out of pocket. All staff I encountered at Norman Regional Professional Building were very nice & knowledgeable
