Yes, my practitioner. The scheduling system/front office seems to have issues. Upon arrival, I was told that my appointment was booked with my previous provider, who left the clinic a few months ago, even though I had received a confirmation call three weeks ago. (Which was frustrating in itself. My husband received a call, then my office phone, saying my phone number was incorrect. I called the clinic and confirmed my number and they said it was correct, so the staff must not have noticed my credit card. T

I was surprised how quickly I was seen. I did feel bad for anyone who needed the elevator since it was broken when I got out. I was fine with stairs but there was a lady and her daughter waiting when I got out. I had heard someone mention it was out when I was checking out so I let them know.
