Courteous staff, and I can't say enough good things about Heather Bulloch.

I really enjoy my appointments with Heather, but I feel like they can be rushed and cut short due to timing and schedules. It can be frustrating that I waited for the appointment for almost twice the amount of time I actually spent in the appointment.

With this large of a practice I have always felt it is somewhat impersonal. Heather talked to me more this time and I appreciated it.

My suggestion is to include instructions for FMLA documentation. We're looking. Anyway, that's my only suggestion. Either better communication of bring a physical copy or figure out how digital copies may work in the future. Thank you.
