Kelsey Whipps, APRN, is a primary care provider at Norman Regional’s Primary Care Doctors Park clinic. As a compassionate advanced practice registered nurse, Kelsey says her patients can expect a warm and trusting environment.
Drawing on years of healthcare experience, Kelsey has used her passion for helping others in many different roles.

Before attaining board certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner and an Adult Gerontological Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Kelsey dedicated more than a decade to roles as a registered nurse within other Oklahoma health systems.
Kelsey says she has always wanted to care for her community’s well-being.
When she’s not at work, she’s caring for her son. As a single mom, some of Kelsey’s favorite activities are spending time with her son outside or at the trampoline park! She also loves to read, watch TV and travel.
