Kennedy Mears, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist  at Ortho Central Physical therapy at the Young Family Athletic Center. Passionate about helping others get back to what they love, Kennedy brings a patient-centered mindset to every session. She aims to help individuals of all ages recover from injury, improve mobility and build strength with confidence. At Ortho Central, Kennedy combines clinical expertise with a thoughtful, encouraging approach to ensure each patient feels supported throughout their recovery journey.

Her background in physical therapy includes comprehensive training in manual therapy techniques, kinesiology and therapeutic exercise, making her well-equipped to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Kennedy prioritizes communication and collaboration—working closely with patients to understand their goals and create customized treatment plans that promote long-term wellness.
