The PA does not have good bedside manner and does not listen to understand. She only listens to respond even if how she is responding has nothing to do with what the patient is saying. I am having issues since my surgery and she did not address them and seemed bothered that I was voicing what is happening to me post surgery. I do believe that the surgeon that performed my procedure was very knowledgeable and this PA's services -lack there of, does not reflect on him. If I could go back in time, I would have

The entire staff at this practice was exceptional. They were able to get me in twice for same-day appointments, which meant more than I can express. From the front desk to the clinical staff, everyone was kind, empathetic, and genuinely caring during a very painful and stressful situation. I felt supported and treated with compassion at every step. I'm incredibly grateful for this practice and highly recommend them.

Front desk staff was kind. The entire experience was quick, but not rushed, thorough, and pleasant.
