I left there feeling feeling totally relieved And at ease with my health.

The check in person had the personality of a potato. No smile, no greeting, clearly just doing the mechanics of her job. It was the same with the other patients she checked in. She also had a full meal of eggs, pancakes, and bacon sitting beside her. The person at check out was eating bacon and had a plate of food in front of her. This did not create a patient friendly first impression. As a clinic director, l am sharing because I'd want this information.
