This office, like many others in the system, is too short staffed. It is to the point where I question if I'm safe when receiving care. This kind of shortage is where critical and unintended mistakes can happen. I trust my provider, but everyone seems to be spread dangerously thin. This kind of workload stress is bad for the staff and patients. Norman Regional should be a place where staff and patients are both cared for. Please do better.
