About Mason Grimes, PT,DPT

Mason Grimes, PT, DPT, is a physical therapist at Ortho Central Physical Therapy, located inside the Young Family Athletic Center. He brings a strong commitment to helping patients recover, rebuild strength and return to the activities they love. With a passion for human movement and overall wellness, Mason takes a personalized approach to each patient’s recovery journey—whether they’re rehabilitating from surgery, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve athletic performance.

Throughout his training and career, Mason has gained valuable hands-on experience across various clinical settings, collaborating with healthcare professionals across disciplines to deliver well-rounded care. He believes in empowering patients through education, proactive treatment plans and a focus on long-term health.

Outside the clinic, Mason is an avid ultramarathon runner, guitar player, and motorcycle enthusiast who enjoys exploring the outdoors and staying active.
