The staff and Stacey are not the cause for the negative numbers. I would rate the digital check-in as very low. It took half an hour to complete when it said it would take five minutes. The questions did not all apply to my gynecological visit, and the questions options about transgender were offensive to me. Because of this new system and inadequately preparing the staff and incorrectly transferring patient information, I was at my appointment for two hours instead of my normal about thirty minutes.
