Aside from medicine, Storm loves fishing and hiking. He enjoys traveling anywhere he can relax and fish. He takes his son who has autism hiking three miles every Saturday and Sunday, no matter what the weather is like. Together they have hiked more than 360 miles per year for the past seven years.
While serving in the Marine Corps, Storm received a Meritorious Mast and a Certificate of Commendation.
