Healthy Recipe for Taco Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb extra lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 - 1 1/2 oz envelope of taco seasoning
- 1 - 1 oz envelope of dry ranch seasoning
- 2 - 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes
- 1 - 10 oz can of Rotel tomatoes
- 1 - 15 oz can of pinto beans, drained
- 1 - 15 oz can of whole kernal corn, drained
Directions
Brown ground beef and onion and place in crockpot. Add seasonings, diced tomatoes, pinto beans, corn and Rotel. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
