I did not like having my appointment pushed out by 15 minutes on two separate occasions via text confirmation for my appointment. I take time off in the middle of the day to come in and that's based on the initial appointment time I set up and is not able to be easily changed once submitted at work. My concern is more about it coming via text, not a phone call to ask if I can change my time, but an assumption that I can just change the time.

I was just going to say that they were both really, really wonderful and I really appreciated the office.

Even though weight loss isn't a problem for me, Dr Rodriguez talked about other medications that might help me. She also gave me the name of a medical problem I didn't know I had. She spent time talking to me and encouraged me to continue my diet and exercise program. She wanted to see me in two months. It was one of the best doctor's appointments I've ever had.
